Thread: Duo Ideas for Twin Sisters

Red face Duo Ideas for Twin Sisters

My twin sister and I decided that we want to do a duo next year. The only problem is that it has been very hard for us to find a piece. We are thinking of doing something about a schizophrenic person or a person with multiple personalities at the moment. We are open to other suggestions including humorous ones. If anyone knows any specific pieces, plays, or books that would work, it would be really appreciated if you could help us out. Thanks!

I've always been interested in seeing something like "freaky friday" be done. the book, not the movie.

    that's all I got.

"Children of the Flames" - interesting lit on Dr. Mengele's twins and the experimentation. It's powerful.

Wow. I'd never heard of that. Sounds super interesting and could definitely work.

I saw twin sisters from my district do a piece called "Gwen and Gwen" or "The Other Gwen" or something like that in Duet. They did very well throughout the season. I can't remember exactly what the plot was but it was pretty much "Doctor Jekyll and Mister Hyde" but a modern version with girls instead of boys. I really enjoyed their performance.
