Forensics videos put up by other account

I was on youtube and I found a channel called ForensicsVideos which has put up all of the national finalist videos. I doubt this was done with the consent of the NFL, so I was wondering what your opinion is on this. Although I liked when the videos were up in the past, it just doesn't seem right to me that someone put them up again considering that the NFL must have taken them down for a reason.

It was more of the authors copyright issue than anything I thought.
But if they would like to get sued for you to watch videos then whatever right?

I tried replying to the guy about this on youtube, but he didn't respond. It's his problem at this point.

Yeah I understand Crimson, but it just didn't seem right because I think a lot of tech and overall performances were taken from those videos. And I'm not surprised that he didn't reply, I wouldn't want the nfl community after me either hahah

Him: HEY EVERYONE COME TO MY CHANNEL I RE-UPLOADED THE VIDEOS!
Me: Bro, the NFL requested for them to be taken down for a reason. They're just going to make you take them down too.
