PF wise, I've had "I love how you and your partner finish each others sentences literally."
In a duo round, me and my partner were wearing a coordinating outfit. The judge wrote "your outfits are weird." And gave us a 4 out of thee 5 person round.
I have three favorites:
In high school, a judge chided me in PF: "Do not mock your opponents and ridicule their tactics." (They didn't have any tactics).
This year (senior in college) for my persuasive speech on water conflicts: "But what if there's water in space?"
This year in informative speaking: "You sound like my old uncle who just likes telling stories." (This was apparently a compliment).

Funniest/angriest/worst moment: My extemp question was "Should the US raise taxes on its highest income earners?" and my answer was yes, so my highly conservative judge (whoops) felt the need to orally critique me afterward and teach me basic trickle down economics 101.
best comment: Without being too complimentary, this was seriously and without a doubt the best extemp speech I have ever seen.
I also had a teammate doing a prose about a boy who promises he'll call her and then he never does. One time she had a judge write "I'm sorry to hear he didn't call".
There was also the awkward time I misquoted a poem and the judge corrected me on his ballot.
