Since Harvards coming up pretty soon. Lets start making the predictions list. People to look out for? Shoe - in's for semis/finals? Thoughts on Harvard judging? OO, DI, HI, DUO, EXT, CONGRESS. Lets go!

I'd expect to see Omika Jikaria from Stuyvesant in at least DI semis. Jamie Meyers from Stuyvesant also has a solid shot at semis or finals in HI.
In terms of judging, I think overall it's very strong. However, sometimes judges from the same school will be placed in the same outround...which I don't find particularly fair. But overall, great judges in my opinion!
Also Harvard judging can be a little wacky sometimes. Shoe-ins are difficult to place.
HOO-AH!!!
This makes me sad that I'm not going.![]()

how is judging (at least for oratory) up there? based on what i've seen, i think some of the big OO hitters will be:
-Connor Manning
-Priyanka Atreya
-Rebecca DeCarlo
-Michael McBride (won St. Marks)
-Avi Jaggi (Early Bird, George Mason)
-JiLon Li (Yale)
-Andrew Levitan (Glenbrooks)
but we're missing a few of the oratory regulars (Holy Ghost Prep, Apple Valley)
I'm sure that Holy Ghost and Apple Valley have a few orators just waiting to emerge. Also I know Apple Valley had a good showing at Emory. They had a few people make Semis.
