Alot of these people are in indianapolis region and are totally ignoring northeast area. Alot of the people listed don't do the events in which they are listed. Here are some names and reasons why they will do well.

    DX-
Mary Ankenbruck (Northrop) - She will do well first because she qualified in DX last year and has a reputation of doing well. She also got 23rd in the nation in congress. As well as getting second at state in discussion.
Drew Dettmer (Dekalb)- Got 5th in impromtu at state and won sectional in DX.
Paola Gamarra (Northrop)- Fairly new but has great potential.
    [B]Lavender (??)- ??
Kajael Singh (Northrop)- Qualified in OO for nationals, did well at state as well, I beleive she did DX last year but not sure which extemp shes in.

    FX-
Patrick Felke (Fishers)- State finals, good in FX.
Alot of people have graduated we will have to see who will do well.

OO- Haven't seen much of the OO's this year so I can't really judge.

andy braden from elkhart central will be in state finals for OO/ I'm pretty sure of it.
and most of the people that are being listed are from the north... like 90% of them are Northwest and Northeast district. the only indy school is Fishers
and Patrick Felke hails from Plymouth lol

Here are some Southside results. It wasn't too competative, but plymouth was there, so it was good enough haha.
I'm only going to list my events because I am rather tired lol

    Drama-
1- Me, Cameron Ponce, Elkhart Central- "God in a Grilled Cheese Sandwich"
2- Sarah Gouker, Plymouth- "The Property Known as Garland"
3- Austin Craft, Plymouth- "Stuck in Neautral"
4- Stephanie Gorka, Plymouth- "Tales From the Bed"
5- Darby Leclear, North Side- "God said Ha!"
6- Emily Walden, Plymouth- "Taking Flight"
    7- Bryt Hiatt, Plymouth- "Marty"
8- Robert Van Dyke, South Side- "Bein' Crazy"

    Humor

    1- Kate Peters, Plymouth- "T.V."
2- Me, Cameron Ponce, Elkhart Central- "Camp"
3- Samuel Compton, Plymouth- "The Boy Who Fell Into A Book"
4- Megan Speith, Northrop- "Camp Sunshine"
5- Ethanial Burk, North Side- "Saturday Night Live"
6- Christine Beckman, Plymouth- "Mother Goose Land"
    7- Miles Barret, Concord- "?"
8- Maddie Gerig, Bethany Christian- "My Life"

Overall, Humor was all over the place, as was Drama. I think that the top 6 dramas are all really good contenders this season, thus far. Especially seeing as four of them were from Plymouth!

Here are some Carmel results. I was only able to catch a few familiar names. Basically Warren and Fishers dominated the entire competition, Warren finishing first in sweeps, 10 points ahead of Fishers.

    Humor:
1st- Lincoln Clauss (Fishers)- "The World's Largest Rodent"
2nd- Marcus Carroll (Fishers)- "A Nice Family Gathering"
3rd- Dustin Meeks (Fishers)- "The Day I Swapped My Father..."
4th- Brannon Bowers (Warren Central)- "Raising Hope"
i wasn't able to catch the rest...

    Drama:
1st- Kristin McSweeney (Fishers)- Something about Phoebe...
    2nd- Anthony O Donovan (Fishers)- "Tick..Tick..Boom"
All i was able to catch with this one...

    Memorized Duo:
1st- Clauss/White (Fishers)- "Tiny Miracle With a Fiberoptic Unicorn"
2nd- Delaney/Delaney (Fishers)- "Jekyll and Hyde"
3rd- Vance/Vance (Warren Central)- "Karate Kid"
4th- Bowers/Weaver (Warren Central)- "Mary Poppins"
5th- Richardson/Rura (Fishers)- "Friends For Life"
    6th- McSweeney/Young (Fishers)- "My Brother and I"

Sorry for the lame results lol. I left right after mem duo results were announced, so i wan't able to catch anymore results. Did anyone else happen to catch any?

Wow. Another impressive meet from Indiana, all of those names from Carmel have semi'd or finalled at state before, with the exception of Dustin Meeks (19th or 20th in HI last year) and Emily Richardson (novice). I also heard that Meeks picked up a drop in prose and then proceeded to picket fence and win, but the points didn't count for Fishers because you can't score points on a drop pick-up. So that would have left Fishers and Warren TIED. Anyway, two great meets yesterday, Carmel and South Side.

Props to cameronman on 1st in drama and 2nd in HI in Ft. Wayne. Show those 23412353443413 Plymouth DIs what's up. You beat a great field, including BRYT HIATT?!?!? haha.

Is that like a dig at Bryt? lol
I mean, he and Rebecca Brumbaugh won Scripted Duo.
Let me list the other champs-

Mem Duo- Stephanie Gorka and Sam Compton, Plymouth- "Therac 25"
    IX- Sukrit Jian, Northrop
    DX- Mary Ankenbruck, Northrop
    Dec- Austin Craft, Plymouth
OO- Rebecca Brumbaugh and Emily Walden (tie)

Yes, dustin meeks is really someone to look out for. Haven't seen his humor, but his prose was very entertaining. I'd also look out for Warren Central duos. By state, they should be pretty flawless.
State champs Clauss/White have been doing great so far this year, as well. Apparently they've gotten straight ones at every meet they've gone too. Super anxious to see their piece.
What's the next meet everyone plans on attending?

I don't know like any Carmel results except the ones from our school and that's not many. But congrats to everyone on a great job yesterday!

Yes, Clauss/White have picket fenced all 3 of their meets so far. And I didn't mean any disrespect towards Mr. Hiatt; I'm sure he was great, along with all the Plymouth DIs. I only meant to say that I was surprised to see his name in the DI and duo results...I thought he was strictly an 'extemp/impromptu' type guy and was pleased to see that I was mistaken. My apologies if anyone got a different impression.
