    I remember someone doing this speech when I competed...in 1993. haha.

    I haven't seen in done in a while, though, and as you say, every speech is different...especially because you have to find updated sources to support your claims, and the research may have changed over the years.

    I just remember many competitors at that time citing a book The Day America Told the Truth.

    In 1993? I was born in 1991, Haha. I would be like, what, 2 years old when that oratory came out? :P It shouldn't be a problem for me.

    in 2003, the Spin Cycle finaled at NFL. It was about lies and spin, but i think it just brushed white lies.

    A guy won informative at nationals about lies a few years ago.

    a girl in texas does a speech on BS and she focuses on spinning things and lying a little and lying a lot. its really interesting. i like it a whole lot.

    she won University of Texas this year in OO.
    some small measure of hope for the possibility of meaning
