Finding a Piece

I'm doing duo this year, and my partner and I are looking for a good girl/girl piece.

My coach, in her incompetency, does not have one f/f duo piece, or even a recommendation for one.

Now, I'm not looking for a long list of girl/girl pieces. I just want someone to tell me this:

How do you find a good piece?

We went to the library - thousands and thousands of books and not a clue where to start. We've done internet searching, and it's near impossible to read a script without buying it.

I don't know what to do! We really want to do good this year, and we have three months to choose a strong piece, but I just don't know how to go about finding one.

I know this is kind of a stupid question, but if anyone could help me out, I'd deeply appreciate it.

Do not be too harsh on your coach
every coach has their strengths and weaknesses...
not all coaches are duo or duet coaches......

and to be honest f/f duos are tricky and somewhat hard to find.

By the way, M/F duos have typically done better at nationals. Not to say there are some dynamite M/M and F/F ones.
