How do you find out/figure it out? I'm really not sure.. probably not too high. 1st in our district though!
we've won our regions for the last 12 years in a row, and we always place in the top 10 in the state. nationally, i doubt we're even close to being on the map. but i don't know.

GP should be up there somewhere.
Two national finalists and State champ in HI last year.
We dominate league tournaments all year, too.
We have the number one Duet team (me and my partner), number one HIer, and number one DXer in the State on our squad right now, if you go by qualifying points.
Not bad.
I honestly thought FO was dead.
PS - I want my ****ing avatar back.
yay. sounds like fun times for your team.
we're pretty good for our size. we have a rather small team, in comparison with some, and we can still take on those big teams. we beat one in particular this past weekend. that's always fun.

My team was big back in the day. We have won our regionals 3 years in a row. We are average, atleast i think. I think forensics is more about the love for competing then winning, although winning is always a major plus.

we seem to be doing quite well this year...we only sent 8 people to danville and still took second overall...
of course, those eight people equalled about 19 or 20 actual entries...

I'm guessing KungFu was referring to NFL Degrees, which is how they're ranked on NFLonline.org. (Rankings can be viewed here) While it's the only real consistent form of measurement (as many teams don't have the oppourtunity or level of competition to compete at nationals), they are a bit skewed towards larger schools, and it's always easy to get "free" points with public speaking of some sort.Originally Posted by kungfuhampster
My old school, Park Hill South, first had students in '98-'99, and by '02-'03, we were in the top 50 list at certain points throughout the year. Not because we had a really elite program (although we were quite good), but simply because we had SO many degrees and SO many points from our going to a ridiculous amount of tourneys.
Yeah...
We used to be a big school.
Won California Sweeps.
Had the extemp national champion.
We actually held a national invitational.
When those coaches retired, Tommy Lindsay was offered the job. Rumor is he turned it down because he didnt want his children feeling isolated in a all white community.
So we got our current coaches.
We have 1 awesome senior, 2 talented juniors, one power sophmore and one top freshman...
...
...
Our coaches dont attend invitationals. I organize them. Sometimes the school pays.
thats it.
Well, i mean we have a team of 30-40...but at invites, its jacob, me, sahand, gina and taylor left on sunday...

thats cool guys but don't take offense if i way things like. I know for sure that forensics is about having fun. I just feel happy about stuff like that. But i think we're cheating because we are listed with another school. The way you can find out is usually in the back of some of the debating/Forensicating magazines. Thats where i found out. But you know i see alot of missouri and kansas schools in the top 50 but there isn't any body FROM kansas or missouri on this site.
OK I'm done ranting.
(P.S. now we're 3rd. Tee hee)
