Default The worst bill, resolution, or ammendment you ever saw in a chamber

Trying to get some kind of discussion going on here, since it seems to be a mostly-dead forum even by FOL standards.

So, what is the worst bill, resolution, or ammendment you ever saw proposed at a Congress event? You don't have to post the text but what was it about and why was it so horrible? Did people actually debate it or was it so bad it was insta-tabled.

My vote is for one I saw at my first tournament while I was still a novice. The resolution was "Faith based initives should continue" and the text included the words "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." How that got in will always be a mystery to me, they must've had a really low number of submissions for that tournament or something? But isn't there a reserve they can tap into if they are low on student submissions, or is that only at some tournaments?

The funding mechanism for this one specific bill was, "There shall be a 3% sales tax on all yachts 250,000 dollars or higher in value."
    I'm dead serious.

"A Bill Privatizing the Education System"

There's a point where capitalism goes too far. We had an authorship speach so we couldn't put it to the bottom of the docket where it belongs, but the authorship speech given was baisiclly about how the government could do no right and the bill left no government controls in place.

There were no other pro speakers.

    Default Most angering bill resolution.

During one of my tournaments a came across a bill with the following resolution "Sum 41 should be granted a national holiday." -.-

I am not even kidding you.
