I am going to name 2 or 3. Both are speech as opposed to debate, but here it goes:
Joe Wycoff- Apple Valley High School, MN (Just look at Oratory finals from the past 20 years, though he was a Chesterton coach til the mid 90's.)

Bob Kelly- Chesterton High School, IN (Oratory and Extemp)

And I'll add David McKenzie- Plymouth HS, IN (He's rocked NFL's the past few years... Extemp, Humor, Oratory, etc.)

Tommie Lindsay- James Logan High School. I think it speaks for itself.

Gay Brasher- Leland High School. Again, speaks for itself.

    Joe Wycoff- yep.
Juan DelaCruz Proud winner of a Chewie award!!!

Pam Cady- Name it- How many finalists?!
    Joe Wycoff- Name it- Ditto
Tony Figiola (sp)- Duo, Or- The driving force behind Duo
Scott McDermott- DI- Lots of finalists in short amount of time. Always seems to have kids in semis and finals. Not sure if he still coaches
Tommie Lyndsey- As is the case with Wycoff, in a different category
Chesterton- Name is escaping me right now, but awesome with Oratory
**Insert other Minnesota coaches here**- they're ridiculously talented
***Dave McKenzie- Knows his stuff, and is a VERY good public speaking coach, but the reality is, the interps really are done by the assistants.

It's interesting to see how many State Kings and Queens don't have the same success nationally.
