A friend of mine showed me this a while ago. Enjoy!
• your idea of a fun Friday is watching other schools’ speech showcases
• your prom date is/was a... Speechie
• you know the one clap rule and when to use it
• you understand the meaning of squirrelling, picket fencing, popping, hitting someone, brick walling, stacked, drop posters, drawing and breaking
• you tell your friends that their hair looks like speech hair today-same goes for make-up • you always point out the good speech shoes at DSW
• you eat bagels every Saturday morning
• sleeping in means 6:00am
• you constantly quote speeches for other people and then awkwardly realize, they don’t have a clue as to what you’re talking about
• the NFL isn't a football term
• you know what it means to be Sprite, Spartans, Gold, or a Sunset
• you find a suit is just as comfortable as sweatpants
• you wouldn’t be caught dead without a lint roller, pack of gum and water bottle on Saturdays
• Sundays are your water hangover days
• the sight of 200+ kids talking to walls doesn’t phase you anymore
• the most important thing to you is professionalism
• you’ve been know to talk to yourself for extended amounts of time, like 8-10 minutes
• you don’t sing in the shower, you speech
• you laughed, agreed or nodded along with at least one of these

Have another you think should be added to this list? Post it!

I think it has to do with makeup or something like that. I'm don't know. It was a girl who showed this to me, and I just went with it. I figured other people might know what it means.

-You treat your little black binder like it's your baby

-You can run up and down stairs (without tripping) in heels

-You constantly get asked what you debate on when you say "I'm in speech."

I am terrible in conversation, I am a walking/talking HI... pops and everything.

The great thing is, once you can make those actions natural and conversational, you become a much more versatile performer.
