First time...need speech

I am a first time Dec person and I really need to find a speech. I asked my coach about the cheesecake one, but he said a lot of people do it. I cant find another one that i like. I dont want it to a very popular one, but i do want it to be good, dramatic, and have some humor. Any suggestions? Please PM me if you have any ideas :)
