How long are teasers and intros supposed to be? I have mine (together) clocked at 1:15 but it seems long.

I like to clock my teasers at about a minute. My intros will very rarely be more than 30-45 seconds.

haha my HI this year i have a 15 second teaser and 3 second intro. :D

1:15 is fine----but if it seems too long, it might very well be. If you have a teaser, here is no need for your intro to be longer than like two sentences. You don't have to tell the story in the intro-- that is what the piece is for.

Teaser= 48 seconds
"Intro"- 5 seconds

DUO-

Teaser= 54 seconds
Intro = 15 seconds

yeah...because my piece kind of has its own intro worked in. So...therefore i just say in my charachter "we present to u..." i melt out and say my title in my regular voice then begin my piece again.

O yeah...and i win

I now live in Texas, but used to live in California, and though Texans don't all have the Texas drawl, they talk VERY slow compared to ol' Cali.

1 minute is a good standard for a teaser. Your intro should be anywhere from about 15-40 seconds me thinks.
