I'm confused about the stuff they're asking for nationals

I just want things to be cleared up. When I send in all my fees and entry forms, what else do I have to turn in? The wording is very confusing to me. Do I have to send in the original copy of the script (without highlighting or word add/changes or with?) along with the copy of my cutting or not include that, etc.

I know I have to carry around the original script, however, I'm just confused in what I have to -send- in to nats via mail.
