and does paraphrasing count as the 150 quotation limtiation

In my experience, approximately 4.25 pages using Times New Roman, doublespaced, 1in. margins should be in the 9:30-9:50 range. This does not take into acccount any drammatic pauses or other pace variations. The various versions of my speech are usually around 1300 words.

I figure roughly 4.5 pages, depending on how fast you speak.
