The Race Relations/Cultural Diversity Outline is up on the MSHSL website! Take a look at it and see what you think, personally I think I am going to like this topic alot and the outline seems to frame some great places of analysis!

I give Mike huge props for having the outline up and ready so quickly!

It looks great. I am very impressed with the way they went above and beyond race relations to fully encompass diversity. It looks like I will be digging out some of my old discrimination research for the team :)

I'll review the outline more closely and post an academic response later.
