Resolved: In the United States, colleges and universities should be permitted to pay stipends to their Division I athletes.

This is one of the most unorganized resolutions in PFD that I've ever seen. The conflict possibilities on this resolution will be all over the place and therefore will keep the debates staying mainly stock this month.

Not my favorite ever. The more I look into it, the more I realize its not that that bad. The major issue is that its fairly vauge and hard to find where the real conflict is going to be. Reminds me of March in that way.

I am not competing with this topic, but this will give our Pufders an opportunity to use random journals.

It could be analyzed in wierd ways, which can make for excellent or abhorrent debate.
