i don't drink soda, and i used to spend hours watching my brother play Mega Man when we were younger (and i spent minutes playing myself, before deciding that i really am terrible at it... :oops: ) so Blue Bomber all the way! woohoo!

ya know, i've tried uploading numerous different avatars and none of them have worked. they've all been the proper pixel size and file size, but they just come up as X's when i upload them. i've tried bmp's, gif's, jpg's, and probably some other types, but nothing has worked. care to help?

Yes, yes I would. I had the same problem getting Mr. RockMan up there.

In your profile, near the very bottom, there are three different spaces in which you can enter a URL/upload a file. Enter a URL in your last one. That's what I did. It works perfect. ...I think.

EDIT: Yep, just tried it again by deleting and re-entering the URL where I found Mega Man. Worked perfect.

Yea, uploading your own file doesn't seem to work too well, but if you can find something thats already online, and post the address...

if that doesnt work for you, go to www.photobucket.com and upload your image to there, and then link to it.

EDIT: Well, looks like photobucket isn't taking any new users until the 1st. try http://tinypic.com/. upload the picture from your computer, then use the link they give you in the little box Chewie was talking about.

it does change as you post more. you just haven't gotten very far yet.

and i'm not sure people look in that thread anymore, chewie. a lot of people have posted there with no response. i find it simpler just to not mess with it.
