Nationals Finals Videos?

Does anyone know if you can get these for interp events ANYWHERE? We ordered the extemp, oratory, ect ect and they should be arriving this week, but what about the Interp Events? (For some reason I keep thinking I heard that you can get them through your district chair - is this true?)
