The Blacksburg High School Forensics Team is hosting its anual Forensics Invitational in Blacksburg Virginia (the place where Virginia Tech is) on November 13th (subjected to change if those pesky CFL dates get in the way). The tournament isnt huge but it has some quality competitors including several people who broke as far as semi-finals at NCFL Nationals. If you are in the Virginia/Maryland/North Carolina/West Virginia (you get the idea, close to Virginia) area then email me at tvandsbu@hotmail.com and we would be happy to see you come to our tournament. We offer ld debate and speech events (prose, poetry, HI, DI, Duo, extemp, oratory, and impromptu). So if you are close to Blacksburg or if you want to come check out Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) give me a yell and we will give you some more information.
