I know a lot of districts have completed their qualifiers to the big dance, so we should probably start posting what oratories will be rocking the Morman Fun-land that is SLC.

From the Florida Manatee District:
1- Robert Smith (Florida State Champion), Nova HS. "The Revolution Continues" It is about political apathy.

2- Justin McGeary, JP Taravella HS. "The Bottom Line" It is about the increasing youth sexuality.

UIL District of the NFL (Texas)

1st - Rory McKenzie (Lindale) - "What the Heck are Big Words For?"
2nd - Christina Ivey (Lindale) - "After School Specials"
3rd - Kid from Sherman - "Bullies"
4th - Heather Venrick (Crandall) - "Yawns 'R' Us"

* Rory and Christina qualified in other events (CX and PFD) and will not attend in OO. Our district only had enough interest in OO to send one person, so the freshman from Sherman will be our representative which Heather being the alternate. *

Hehe, hello Stein...I am not stalking you, before you even try to say it, they actually have a parli board here, which makes me ridiculously happy. :)

You are so stalking me! You brought it up, not me! You really cannot stand to be away from me, can you? This is an oratory board!!! That means, if you detest oratory, Mikalyn doesn't allow you to be here (well, if you're travis that is). Stop stalking me!!!

Did I ever say I despised oratory? No. Now, if you look at the parli board, you'll notice I've effectively conquered it. This is the main reason for my presence here.

and yet you're still posting on the OO boards, giving clear indication that you are, in fact, stalking me :D

Weird psychology only works on kids, Stein. You can't make me start stalking you by telling me I am stalking you.

Travis - you were the one to bring it up. You really think I want you to stalk me? You have seen how much I detest those boys who do have stalkerish tendencies and yet you honestly believe in the great depths of your heart that that's really what I want?

I find orators to be the scariest of all the people in forensics. They're like the flutists in a band. You would expect them to be all quiet, subdued, peaceful - but really, they're the ones who'll kill you while your sleeping...something like that

actually, I fear the debators with the afros. and there are a lot of them.

it's like the size of the afro is proportional to the time they spend in speech.

Stein, I do think you're in love with me and would like it if the feeling were mutual.
