Does anyone know the rankings for the 2001 National Tournament. I watched the tape of them all today...and I want to know who won. :(

Are you kidding me? That's absurd. I mean, they were all wonderful and far beyond anything I could ever do - but I was freaking amazed by Episode 26 and The Cat in the Hat. The things those guys could do with their bodies :P

Here's how that should've gone

1. Squids Will Be Squids (The best T Finley ever did)
2. The Cat in the Hat (So creative, and that bump made us jump! Why is it so funny? I don't know, but it is!)
3. Count Dracula (funniest intro ever)
4. The Wizard of Hip (great but stand-upish)
5. Episode 26 (great tech but not much else, Kanellis really improved year after year)
6. Wrangler Roy (sloppy)

Was that the one with the cat and the fiddle? Hilariousness abounded in that one. Also one of the best intro jokes I've ever heard ("Two authors, b/c one just couldn't handle the job")

I agree to some extent. You're right, squids will be squids was wonderful, though i've seen other interpretations that i liked better of it. the cat in the hat was amazing - great movement, and i had thought of it more as a poetry piece. i loved episode 26 though, i thought his movement was amazing. and the others i def agree on your comments, though i found the "what time is it., wrangler roy???" very amusing.

I would have made it:
1. The Cat in the Hat
2. Episode 26
3. Squids will be Squids
4. Count Dracula
5. Wizard of Hip
6. Wrangler Roy
